Annual & Life Membership Eligibility
Should have a Post Graduate Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Management, the curriculum of which includes, inter alia, Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, Labour Welfare, etc.
AND
holding any managerial, administrative, or staff training position, or acting as an advisor/consultant in any organization—Government, Semi-Government, public, or private sector—engaged in industry, trade, or commerce.
OR
as an academician for at least three years, dealing with Personnel Management, General Management, Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Labour Welfare, or any branch or aspect of these fields.
Associate Membership:
Eligibility: Has passed at least a degree examination or its equivalent
Associate Members after acquiring any qualification relating to Human Resources and three or more years' experience in any field of HR will be eligible to upgrade their membership either as Annual or a Life Member by paying the prescribed fee.
