International Affilation

NIPM is a Member of the International Industrial Relation Association, Geneva(IIRA) and the Asian Pacific Federation of Human Resource Management(APFHRM) which in turn is affiliated to the World Federation of Personnel Management Associations(WFPMA).

NIPM also regularly interacts with Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development(CIPD), UK and Society for Human Resources Management(SHRM), USA. NIPM maintains close contact with International Labour Organisation(ILO), and its area office at New Delhi.

NIPM has also signed a Memorandum of Understanding(MOU) with the Australian Human Resource Institute(AHRI). This MOU aims to assist both professional association to raise their respective profiles through collaborative efforts and strengthen their organizations. Main focus area of this MOU are:

• Work to create awarenessabout the role of NIPM and AHRI among the HR professionals, business communities, academic institutionsand other professional associations and also stock holders in India and Australia.
• Exchange information, research and development outcomes, visit and programmes that could contribute directly and indirectly to improving and enhancing the members and serve the HR community.
• Provide information throughWebsite linkagesbetween NIPM and AHRI Websites.
• Establish a formal exchange of features and artuicle from respective Association's publication.
• Conduct joint research and developmental activities.
• Identifying areas of common interes.
